Regional MEP Leader (Singapore)

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Regional MEP Leader (Singapore), who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring on time delivery of critical Mechanical and Electrical Solutions for Singapore and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Group Chairman based in Singapore, and this position will be focusing on the below:

• Subject matter expert to lead the smooth Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Operations for critical facilities as well as that of essential building systems based in Singapore, Dubai etc.

• Spearhead necessary technical evaluation of new facilities or infrastructure developed in Singapore and the rest of Asia to ascertain optimal building maintenance system to make happen minimal facilities downtime during unexpected events of emergency.

• Develop and conduct corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance programs for related MEP systems such as ACMV, HVAC, Fire Safety & Security Management in-house, as well as that of ensuring high standard of performance by assigned external vendors.

• Deep dive into ensuring smooth critical MEP processes to achieve energy-efficient operations in place for commercial and residential properties and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate Profile

Singapore • Permanent

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5- 7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Building and Facilities Management experiences in a complex Automotive Servicing and Manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework.

• Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in driving Operations Excellence onsite critical facilities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to regional/ global stakeholders involved.

• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
