Senior Manager, Supply Chain Contracts (Singapore)

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Contracts (Singapore), who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring smooth supplier and customer contracts management in a complex manufacturing environment for Singapore and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain Management based in Singapore, and this position will be focusing on the below:

• Subject matter expert to spearhead the strategic negotiation of a high volume of related supplier technical specifications and contracts review, to make happen successful optimization of utilization of manufacturing equipment, systems, and resources to meet changing production demands and accurate incoterms etc.

• Deep dive into ensuring smooth critical supply chain operations by means of developing and introducing a streamlined procurement and contracts/ tender management system.

• Actively look into continuous process improvements to drive Supply Chain Excellence for Singapore manufacturing activities and beyond.

• Ensure high standards of supplier performance levels as well as ascertaining optimal procurement compliance at the Group level

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate Profile

Singapore • Permanent

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Supply Chain or Business Management experiences in a complex and high volume Precision Manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework.

• Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in driving Supply Chain Excellence.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to regional/ global stakeholders involved.

• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
