Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the main point of contact for all loan matters
Liaise with the agents, borrowers, lenders and investors in relation to loan transactions
Check and approve all loan events in the systems and review all incoming instructions
Ensure that payments are processed in a timely manner
Provide guidance to the junior team members at work
Participate in process improvement projects (for e.g., automation) and system testing
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree with at least 7 years of loan operations experience in a Corporate Bank
Familiar with Swift payments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
