Senior VP, Head of Projects (Human Resource), Banking

Job description

​We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been exclusively engaged to drive the search for someone senior to drive Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Managing Director of Enterprise Technology based in Singapore, you will provide leadership and technology solutions specializing in Enterprise Technology; covering HR and communication functions.

As the lead, you will be partnering closely with the various function leaders to design, implement and lead a technology roadmap strategy for the business.

You will advise senior leaders on technology trends and establish digital strategy as a business-technology conduit, and establish systems that facilitate data analytics. You will also manage a portfolio of projects and develop a digital project portfolio and manage the IT development and operation risk.

You will also be responsible for managing portfolio of projects and developing a digital project portfolio and roll-out plans

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree

• More than 15 years of relevant experience

• MUST HAVE:

1. Understanding HR systems.

2. Track record in managing Technological and Operational processes across functions and departments

3. Experience in owning and enhancing workflows/processes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
