Job description
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will:
-
Look into account management
-
Take charge of project management
-
Be responsible for government accounts
-
Ensure all work is done within SLAs
-
Front the clients to ensure any issue is resolved
Years of experience (MIN to MAX)

As a successful applicant, you would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience as a service delivery manager. You should have a background of both software and hardware and have also done project management and account management.
