Job description
Our esteemed client is a Telecom business currently recruiting Technical Engineer (CPaaS) to help our client throughout the pre-contract, implementation, launch and roll-out phases of any on-boarding or delivery of new feature on CPaaS platform and their enterprise customer base.
To be successful, individual must possess:
- 6 years of working experience in the IT / Telecommunication industry holding technical implementation and support related position with leadership and project management experience, preferably from IT Development background such as JavaScript/web development experience in such as PHP, Python, Ruby, Node etc..,
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, HTTP & SMPP Servers
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience with AWS services
- Knowledge of Cloud / Hybrid Cloud architecture and ticketing system like JIRA
- Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, UDP, and most common protocols and messaging technologies: SMPP, GSM, SMS and on telecom protocols (VoIP/SIP, SS7, SMSC/SMPP)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
