We are representing a Global Bank to hire an experienced Incident Control Lead to join their Singapore Team.
As the incident Control lead, you will be responsible for driving the support team to address and resolve outrages eg. triage support team for troubleshooting within technical and business bridges, performing L1 and L2 activities for ICM tasks, providing continuous status to technical and business organisations.
You will also be responsible for creating summaries for senior management on Critical Major Incidents, documenting input for Root Cause Analysis, and ensuring all Incidents are documented within ServiceNow Records
As the lead, you will also need to perform escalation to senior management (e.g Business, Technical), support informational major incidents for repeatable events, and priority determination on reported information to future impact and risk.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
At least 10-15 years of relevant experience
(a)Track record in running Major Incidents/Situations/Crisis events in Enterprise environment.
(b)Experience in working in Financial Service sector
(c) Strong understanding Enterprise Technology Eg, Distributed services (UNIX, LINUX, Windows, AS400), SQL and Oracle Database, Network and Telephony infrastructure, Mainframe hardware and platforms, Middleware, Storage
(d) Strong knowledge in Enterprise Service Management tools eg. ServiceNow
