Job description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive and manage end-to-end HR system implementation or enhancement projects, ensuring delivery of key project milestones within timeline and budget.
Collaborate with process owners, subject matter experts and technology teams to ensure that business requirements are clarified and completely documented.
Translate business requirements into user stories, facilitate and participate in workshops, agile sessions, requirement refinement and tracking decisions (including rationale & basis) made during the project.
Lead, manage and participate in user acceptance testing including developing test strategy, approach, plan, scenarios, cases and data with the relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with the Change Management team, HR process owners and any cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the change agenda, ensuring an appropriate and coordinated communications plan is in place for successful project execution and delivery.
Effectively manage multiple projects/ workstreams from initiation to closure by coordinating with HR process owners, technology teams, internal communication, change management, and other subject matter experts.
Review the current state and ideate the future state with internal stakeholders (i.e., process owners) as part of the broader HR digitalisation and transformation imperative.
Evaluate new technologies as required to provide better employee experience as well as to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Support the maintenance of HR systems and provide day to day support including training on all matters relating to HR systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills & Experience
Experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, tools and Scrum Master certification are an added advantage.
Experience in leading and managing large scale transformation projects, including developing change management plans, in a complex environment.
Familiarity with human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and design-thinking skills that can translate analysis into actions to meet project objectives.
Strong workshop facilitation capabilities, communication, and engagement planning. Independent and meticulous team player who can work under pressure and tight schedule with minimum supervision.
Ability to work effectively at all levels and influence others to move towards a common vision or goal.
Experience in managing a team is an added advantage.
Experience in project management, HR system implementation, and leading process improvement initiatives.
