Job description

​We are working with a leading bank in Asia with Global Network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a VP/SVP Technical Development Manager to join their Singapore Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, build and deploy applications to the Test and Production environments.

  • Lead and execute technical activities like application development, deployment and optimization

  • Participate and contribute to the department’s DevOps framework to achieve automation on application packaging and deployment (i.e: Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery)

  • Assist business architects/analysts to design good application solutions to meet business needs and demands.

  • Exercise Project Management skills to ensure deliverables will deliver within committed time and budget.

  • Defining the payments technology roadmap to support the business strategies and objectives as part of the payments transformation programme

  • Delivering all IT solutions and enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 7+ years of working experience as Lead Developer / Development Manager in the banking domain and leading team of developers for development and delivery of banking projects.

  • Experience in Payments domain, Transaction banking and full system development life cycle would be added advantage.

  • Experience in open payments framework would be added advantage.

  • Possess hands-on experience in technologies like J2EE, SpringBoot, Hibernate, XML, Oracle, UML, API, Connect Direct, SFTP, Unix, MQ series and
