Job description
We are working with a leading bank and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for the Head of IT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Lead, you are responsible for managing all IT Service Delivery and IT Solutions Delivery in Asia Pacific Region
You are also responsible for ensuring seamless operations of all IT aspects: Workplace Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Application Hosting, and Application Support, and IT Security Operations
As the lead, you will be partnering closely with various team to ensure alignment of processes, standards, strategies and roadmap.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 15 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
End-to-end IT aspects: Workplace Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Networking & External Connections, Application Hosting, IT Security Solutions, and Security Monitoring
Experience with Outsourcing Management and Vendor Management
Experience with Office365 and Cloud Operations (Microsoft Azure)
