Job description
Exciting opportunity to join a hedge fund as a Network & Security engineering lead in Singapore.
This role is based in Singapore, kindly note that only candidates currently working in Singapore will be considered.
Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 network support across APAC and global locations, ensuring the stability and performance of critical systems.
Support network security operations by monitoring, investigating, and remediating alerts generated by internal security tools.
Support the ongoing migration from on-prem infrastructure to cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
Collaborate closely with global infrastructure, engineering, and security teams to maintain and enhance the firm’s technology environment.
Requirements
Strong background in network engineering (L2/L3), ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with networking and exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Experience supporting security tooling and responding to security events, alerts, and vulnerabilities.
