Job description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Avaloq and Corporate Banking Operations experience to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of Avaloq-based banking solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with business stakeholders across Corporate Banking to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Avaloq system enhancements and implementations.
Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed system capabilities.
Work closely with development teams, solution architects, and vendors to ensure accurate system design and delivery.
Participate in system configuration discussions within the Avaloq platform.
Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
Prepare detailed documentation such as BRD, FRD, process flows, and use cases.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case preparation and defect management.
Provide functional support and advisory for Avaloq modules used in Corporate Banking.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
Hands-on experience with the Avaloq banking platform.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and processes (e.g., lending, payments, trade finance, cash management) in the Operation space.
Experience working on Avaloq implementation, migration, or enhancement projects.
Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
