We are representing a top global investment firm looking for a Reference Data Ops Individual in Singapore renowned for its data-driven culture and high-performance environment. They’re looking for an exceptional Reference Data Operations Analyst — someone who doesn’t just process data but understands how it drives trading decisions and risk management across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and deliver robust reference data operations across instrument master and pricing data

• Collaborate with business analysts and technology teams on system upgrades and data enhancements

• Analyze and report operational metrics, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–8 years of experience within financial services — ideally in reference data, operations, or data management

• Strong product knowledge across equities, futures, and options

• Solid technical skills: SQL and Excel (Python a plus)
