Shereen Tan

​Shereen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK. She began her career in external audit with Ernst & Young in Kuala Lumpur and KPMG in Singapore, before moving into executive search.

With over 14 years of specialised recruitment experience across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, she has a strong track record placing senior corporate functions within asset management, family offices, private equity, venture capital, fintech, and hedge funds.

Outside of work, Shereen maintains an active lifestyle through gym workouts, Pilates, and surfing. She is a certified fitness trainer who is also passionate about food and enjoys exploring diverse culinary experiences.
