Job description

​RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the review of operational processes to achieve optimization of operations, in order to support centralization and standardization related projects
• Manage assigned projects in support of the digitization of processes and operation, work with relevant stakeholders and project members
• Planning of operations digitization
• Lead assigned projects and initiatives
• Gather user requirements and perform business analysis
• Establish, manage, and control project schedules and deliverables
• Manage issues and providing resolution promptly
• Provide guidance and support to direct team members as well as across other areas to support in digitization journey
• Relevant reporting to senior management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with min. 5 years’ experience in Banking and Finance or Banking related project experience in consulting
• Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skill and able to engage stakeholders of all levels
• Excellent ability with data/numerical analysis
• Ability to manage medium scale projects
• Ability to provide guidance to team members and relevant stakeholders
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong result orientation
