ERP Project Manager

Job description

​We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to join a regional electronics manufacturing company. This is a high-impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess a strong background in operations, digital transformation, and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the end-to-end design of core business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Ensure all business requirements are captured and integrated into the overall solution.

• Collaborate with Business Solution and Process Leads to resolve design issues and prioritise key decisions.

• Support benefit realisation by embedding measurable KPIs into the design and tracking them through delivery.

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring the solution meets both functional and technical needs.

• Coordinate with testing teams to define test scenarios and lead integration, regression, and UAT phases.

• Identify key business changes and support the Business Change team in driving adoption.

• Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts, such as capability maps and process documentation.

• Contribute to roadmap planning and assess change requests and business cases where required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s of science (Information technology/Computer Science is a must)

• Proven success in implementing ERP System

• Experience in Electronics Industry
