Job Description
Reporting to the Asia Head of Operations, you will manage a team of professionals based in Singapore and provide Operational support to the daily trading activities of all Portfolio Managers trading in Asia.
Your team would be responsible for managing daily trade, position and cash reconciliation across multi-asset classes for all APAC markets and establish a strong working relationship with Portfolio Managers, Middle Office and various external counterparties.
You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to manage and implement projects.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in a similar capacity
- MUST have knowledge in APAC markets
- Strong product knowledge (FICC and Equities)
- Ability to pick up technical skills and product knowledge quickly
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
