Job description

​Headquartered in Singapore and with strong financial funding in place, we are seeking a Head of Product who will play a key role in building a company that will have a huge impact on the lives of its users.


This role reports directly to the CEO/Founder.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the digital product/platform

  • Own the vision for product - roadmap and product strategy

  • Own the development process and way of working

  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through Agile, new working practices, collaboration, and partnerships

  • Execute and maintain the Product portfolio through working collaboratively with other leaders and team members

  • Work closely with our Scientific Lead who will set the content direction of the product. Be involved in what the content looks like and translate into the digital product and something engaging for users

  • Represent Product internally and externally with third parties, potential investors, and strategic partners

  • Lead the strategic planning and prioritisation processes and manage the product capital spend planning and allocation against strategy

  • Be responsible for Product Metrics, KPIs and OKRs

  • Build effective relationships cross-functionally

  • Manage, measure, and report on the required quality, scope, budget, and outcomes of delivery projects to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring that overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are appropriately managed and communicated

  • Drive user growth and retention strategies


Requirements

  • Minimally 15 years of tech product management/development experience, with solid product leadership experience

  • Has extensive experience with product management or product growth at a global scale, where healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Operate and lead with tact and have the ability to be diplomatic and respectful of cultures in South-East Asia and across various teams

  • Has extensive experience working in start-ups or successful entrepreneurial adventures and working in a global environment is highly desired

  • A natural problem solver - creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, data-driven, and hands-on

  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and rally various teams to work together in an effective and productive manner toward a common goal

  • Well-rounded technical knowledge with a strong understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications

  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
