Job Summary
Exclusively representing our client to hire a Head of Trade Support (VP or SVP level) to join them in Singapore, managing a team of experienced Trade Support professionals.
As the Manager of the division, you would need to have excellent product knowledge in Rates or FX.
We are currently conducting a global search for suitable professionals to join our client in Singapore.
Job Description
You will provide support and control to both the flow and exotic business conducted under the Bank’s business and also manage the team based in Singapore.
Part of the responsibilities would include trade validation and booking into the middle office systems used by the firm, and ensure that the APAC Operating framework is adhered to.
As the Head of the team, you will also be responsible for ensuring the internal controls are efficiently implemented and provide solutions to new business initiatives for development.
You will participate in projects to enhance current processes and be involved in reviewing all Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) annually.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent product experience in FX or Rates
- Excellent stakeholder management
