Job description

My client is a one of the leading eCommerce platform and they are looking for a Project Manager to sit within the customer experience team. This role requires the successful candidate to be both comfortable with data and to be creative in the way that solutions are crafted to sustainably create the best customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Chatbot Strategy and Direction

  • Analysing logs and feedback to improve customer satisfaction of artificial intelligence products 

  • Working closely with the R&D team to improve user interaction of artificial intelligence products

  • Managing a team of artificial intelligence trainers

 

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with minimum 5 years’ of experience in customer experience management; preferably in consulting, ecommerce or technology industries
  • Strong experience in project management; PMP or Six Sigma
  • Strong data analysis skills; experience in SQL is a must

  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
