Senior Performance Tester

Job description

Our esteemed client is one of the industry leaders providing IT services, including digital, technology, consulting, and operations services currently recruiting Looking for a Performance Test Lead with strong experience in performance engineering & testing including (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability) and good knowledge on Functional Test Automation.

Successful candidates must have;

• 8-10 years testing background with at least 5 years Strong experience in LoadRunner / Performance Center script creation, execution and troubleshooting

• In-depth knowledge and working experience with HP LoadRunner, Performance Center, Wiley, HP Site scope, Splunk, CA APM and other latest Performance Engineer & testing tools and Open Source performance testing tools (Apache JMeter & Gatling)

• Experience doing performance testing on Banking applications, especially channels and Mobile applications preferred

• MQ knowledge, reading the queues, identifying errors

• Experience working on complex, critical, customer facing applications

• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies best practices

• Experience with one or more coding language (Java/JavaScript/Perl) with some development background will be an advantage

• Experience in monitoring tools like HP Site scope, HP Diagnostics, Dynatrace, Zabbix and Grafana.

• Strong knowledge on SQL and in Agile tools like Confluence / JIRA
