We are partnering with a Global Investment Firm to hire the following professionals to be based in Singapore, due to an expansion in business:

Change Management Consultant, AVP

Partner with senior management to shape/scope change initiatives or projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to review progress of strategies and drive implementation of projects
Review organizational processes and proactively identify opportunities for streamlining performances
Manage transformation and develop engagement and communication plans to influence key stakeholders

Strategy Consultant, Analyst-AVP

Develop and conceptualise corporate level strategies for major programs (across investments, operations, finance and digitization)
Work on executing strategies and operational and innovative initiatives across the global offices
Conduct research to formulate strategic perspectives and identify future themes of opportunities
Develop engagement and communication plans to influence key stakeholders

To qualify, individuals must possess:

Degree with 4-8 years of experience working in Investment Management or Financial Services Industry
Candidates from Top Tier Consulting Firms will be considered very favourably
Track record of strategy / change management experience (non-IT)
Highly analytical and insights-focused and have strong problem solving skills
Ability to work well with ambiguity and have a creative and resourceful mind-set
Structured thinking and clear presentation – presenting ideals in a very logical manner concisely
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Advances users of Microsoft tools and other Visualisation tools
