Job description
Charterhouse Partnership is supporting an International Bank for a Legal Counsel. It would be is a great opportunity to be part of this dynamic institution.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for legal support for the bank’s Wealth Management business. You would be familiar with reviewing and drafting of documents for credit related products and facilities, board resolutions, wealth management products as well as external agreements etc. You would also be experienced in advising on trust structures.
Requirements:
You would be a qualified lawyer in Singapore with at least 6 years of experience in legal work gained in a Private Wealth Management environment.
