Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements to produce business requirements document.

  • Translate requirements into functional specification document (FSD).

  • Support in planning IT projects and project monitoring to ensure successful delivery of projects.

  • Review project deliverables and coordinate user testing activities.

  • Support systems and users to ensure business operations continuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with min. 5 years of working experience in IT industry as a Business Analyst in AML and/or KYC domain.

  • Prior work experience in a financial institution, preferably in the banking industry.

  • Knowledge on KYC / On-Boarding / Customer Lifecycle Management.

  • Stakeholder management skill is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • PMP certified is a plus.
