Job description
Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements to produce business requirements document.
Translate requirements into functional specification document (FSD).
Support in planning IT projects and project monitoring to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Review project deliverables and coordinate user testing activities.
Support systems and users to ensure business operations continuity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with min. 5 years of working experience in IT industry as a Business Analyst in AML and/or KYC domain.
Prior work experience in a financial institution, preferably in the banking industry.
Knowledge on KYC / On-Boarding / Customer Lifecycle Management.
Stakeholder management skill is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
PMP certified is a plus.
