Our esteemed client is an e-commerce business on a mission to develop and support a high-volume mission-critical payment system to enable the international businesses wing. Looking for Business Operations Manager to identify, plan, lead and implement e-commerce payments initiatives to drive continuous improvements to enable e-comm

Successful candidates must have:

• 8 years relevant work experience in ecommerce, payments or technology industry is preferred.
• Excellent business acumen & understanding of fin-tech business of the local payment market in Southeast Asia region
• A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership, acute analytical skills and capable of identifying key business metrics.
• Candidate will need to have acute analytical skills to determine and prioritize business information requirements, ability to interpret large data set, analyze results and present various business metrics such as website traffic, conversion funnel and social media engagement.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time to South Asia countries and China
• Degree in IT or relevant subject
