Executive Director, Regional Program Manager (Retail Banking)

Job description

​We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been exclusively engaged to drive the search for someone senior to head up their Retail Banking business program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to the Head of Group Retail Banking based in Singapore, you will manage a team of experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts within the Business Management Program.

You will be someone with strong leadership skills and a track record in leading strategic Business Program.

You will partner with key stakeholders to drive the delivery of the new Program that kickstarted last year covering the entire program lifecycle from requirements gathering high level solution creation and implementation.

As the Regional Program Lead, you will be executing the program in the SEA region and will have end-to-end accountability for the entire Program driving strategic work plans and delivering operational excellence and efficiencies with your project management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree

• At least 10-15 years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

MUST HAVE:

(a) Strong domain knowledge in Retail banking

(b) Track record in managing Business Programs in other International or Regional Banks

(c) Track record in rolling program in ASEAN region
