Head of Credit Administration

Job description

​We are working with a leading financial service in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a Head of Credit Administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Head of Credit Administration, you will be working closely with senior management to plan and execute business plans that is align to the bank’s mission and objectives.

You are also responsible for new product review, new systems / system upgrade / re-design plans so as actively drive and provide direction for the organisation.

As the lead, you will be leading a sizable team and is responsible for setting team direction, to ensure optimal capacity in the team.

In addition, you will be working closely with shared service team and would also be responsible for the governance of offshore process to ensure they are in line with applicable market practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 15 years of relevant experience

• MUST HAVE:

1. Credit Documentation & Loans Operations – Syndication loans, Bilateral Loans, Term, Revolving.

2. Trade Operations (Import, Export, Trade Finance, Bill Discount, Supplier Finance)

3. Strong leadership skills with people management experience.
