Job description
Job Responsibilities
-
Duties included installation and configuration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365, DNS, Virus protection, deployment/patching tools and ensuring security standards are met
-
Provide quick response and resolution to escalated requests (second-level support for Help Desk).

Ability to write and utilize PowerShell scripts to automate tasks
-
Create and maintain SOPs
-
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve reported issues ensuring timely resolution
-
May participate in on-call rotation
Job Requirement
-
5 years’ experience with Windows server 2008/2012 and Active Directory 2008/2012
-
Knowledge with Microsoft SCCM and WSUS, Symantec
-
Exposure to DMZ environment
-
Experience with Backup software Net backup/Commvault
-
Certifications in VMWare/Microsoft/Cisco/Cloud/Linux preferred
-
In-depth knowledge/hands-on experience for administration and configuration for VMWare, Microsoft OS , Office 365 applications, Linux and Cisco or any other related systems and network technologies

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

Flexible working schedule is required
