Job description
You will be responsible to develop and nurture an ecosystem of FinTech & Ecosystem partners to accelerate Bank’s digital transformation agenda and strengthen business competitiveness
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and co-create Fintech solutions and partnerships, with a clear value proposition, integration models and technology compatibility assessment within set timelines
Conduct/Facilitate Proof of Concept (POC) to validate proposed solutions to manage downside risks and encourage fast adoption
Promote bank-wide usage of FinTech & Ecosystem Solutions through constant engagement with Business and Technology teams
Scan Fintech landscape and trends to scout potential Fintech partnership opportunities
Track and report progress against key ecosystem metrics
Support in defining prioritisation criteria and partner evaluation framework
Support overall strategy and roadmap for Fintech and ecosystem partnership
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of Fintech & Ecosystem building experience; Technology know-how preferred
Strong product and business analysis experience in domains such as Supply Chain/Trade Finance, Cash Management etc.
Deep understanding of FinTech, emerging technology trends and market needs
Experience in Financial Services with a focus on digital transformation and innovation
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, internal and/or external
Able to lead, manage or influence others to achieve desired objectives &/or deliverables
Able to provide creative or alternative solutions to address business problems and achieve desired outcome
Team player, able to work independently
Strong ownership and accountability
Customer service focused, resourceful and result oriented and good follow through
