VP / SVP, Head of Infrastructure (Banking)

Job description

​We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for someone senior to lead the bank infrastructure team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Head of Infrastructure, you are responsible for driving and leading the technology services team in the bank to achieve seamless experienced

You are also responsible for developing strategies and tactics to deliver desired Objectives and Key results to determine work done / efforts invested and opportunities.

As the lead, you are responsible for managing end–to–end infrastructure life cycle and driving operational excellence with engineers specialised in Network, Voice/video, Wintel, Unix, AS400, Storage, Middleware, and Market Data Systems.

You would also be working closely with senior leaders to resource plan, provide support and challenge to business segments, facilitating sessions where appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience

• MUST HAVE:
  (a) Experienced in leading and driving Infrastructure services
  (b) Experienced in managing end to end infrastructure lifecycle specialised in Network, Voice/Video, Wintel. Unix, AS400, Storage. Middleware, and Market Data Systems
  (c) Strong vendor management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
