Job description
Our esteemed client is one of the leaders in multinational telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics company recruiting Wintel Support Engineer - Video Integration to Troubleshoot, diagnose, and suggest/perform corrective or preventative maintenance actions on issues reported by customers.
To be successful, individual must possess:

8+ years of experience in IT with minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as IPTV or OTT Video Engineer, IP Engineer, CDN Engineer or R&D Support Engineer in related to IP Video area or similar

Technical knowledge of IP and video solutions, architectures, products and protocols

Product knowledge and hands on experience in installation or support of MediaKInd (former Microsoft) Mediaroom

Participate in on-call rotation: 24/7 readiness to pick up call including weekends during on-call week

Installation, configuration and operations support of complex IPTV/OTT Video solution

Experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, SCCM, SCOM, Windows networking

Understanding of High availability technologies: network redundancy, server clustering, RAID

Linux administration is an advantage
