Due to growth in business, a Global Custodian and Securities Service Provider is looking to increase head-count for their APAC teams, to be based in Singapore.

We are partnering with them to hire 2 excellent Client Service Managers at AVP and VP levels to join this high-performing team!

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Head of Client Services based in Singapore, you will be responsible for ensuring overall satisfaction of clients across full scope of services and piloting this client service experience across the entire organization.

You will be an expert in understanding the client’s strategy and requirements and manage the operational contact between client and the operational teams of the business, identifying and producing key management information / business metrics to enhance the client relationship.

As the point of contact for the clients, you will ensure formal regular performance reviews are conducted and host governance meetings and managing client reviews and conducting due diligence visits for existing clients, while supporting RM responsibilities (AML/KYC, agreements, credit lines etc)

You will engage with the firm’s Operations teams in pursuit of service quality delivery and ensure an aligned service delivery for the Clients.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor qualified
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant Client Service experience
• MUST have worked in Global Custodian and/or Securities Service Providers
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team
