Job description
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the incumbent will provide develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. You will be the subject matter expert on regulatory matters and support the business unites on group policies and compliance monitoring activities and initiatives.
You will take be tasked to conduct risk-based compliance monitoring program and monitor regulatory developments to implement the changes in regulations/ compliance policies.
You will support transactional due diligence and perform investigations on flagged transactions.
You will take ownership in developing and providing compliance training to employee to raise awareness and stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree in with a minimum of 8 years of regulatory compliance experience in asset management/ financial services organization
Ability to interpret and communicate laws, rules, and regulations effectively to ensure operational compliance within the business lines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proactive and highly motivated, with the ability to handle challenging situations with maturity.
