Job description

Our esteemed client is a multinational corporation that provides IT services, including digital, technology, consulting, and operations services recruiting Appian implementation expert in Singapore.

Successful candidates must have;

  • Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 applications maintenance as defined in the scope of the project

  • Investigate cause of incidents and restore user state operational status as quickly as possible, either by correcting the underlying issues or applying workaround

  • Complete, submit and review the Root cause analysis for Critical incidents

  • Coordinate Bug fixing of apps and coordinate testing with direct interaction with the users

  • Work closely with team and customer to develop and code any specific components to implement the new functionality or enhancements.

  • Interact with the Quality groups to ensure that the highest level of quality standards is maintained

  • Report any issues, Risks and necessary escalations to Support Leads

  • Status reporting daily, Weekly, monthly and quarterly

  • Coordinate with team to submit effort, schedule and cost estimates as required

  • Create knowledge documents for resolution steps of the incident

Technical skills required: Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 based framework with integration to Janssen content repository, FUSION.

Additional: PHP, MySQL, Jquery , Ajax, CSS, HTML, GIT, Apache, Acquia, Java & Java Script, Android SDK, Jenkins, BitBucket, Objective-C, Postman Client
