Head of Data & Insights

Job description

​Rare opportunity to join the professional industries as the Head of Data & Insights.

Reporting to the CTO, this person will be responsible for building the data & business intelligence team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and implementing complex reports using Looker / Tableau / PowerBI.

• This includes supporting data resolution, change requests and incidents

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, converting data into actionable insights to drive business growth.

• This includes identifying and translating business data patterns to valuable insights for the business users to act on

• Leading and driving strategy roadmap of data analytics, driving activities within that roadmap, communicate clearly with all stakeholders regarding priorities

• Being the single point of contact to the senior management, presenting data analytics findings to senior executives through data visualization tools

• Conducting business intelligence and Dashboard Orientation trainings to business users to increase adoption of BI//data tools

• Staying updated to emerging data technology or data methodologies, tools, and applications to ensure an impactful and efficient fit-for-purpose approach

• Managing C-suite level and presenting visualisations to internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
