Senior Application Test Manager - Internet and Mobile Banking

Job description

My client is a renowned bank and they are expanding and growing aggressively in the region. They are expanding their Technology and Operations set up in Singapore and is keen to speak to top tier talents in the market.

They are currently looking to hire a Senior Application Test Manager. As part of a high-performing team, the individual will be providing technical and team leadership for for development of the end- to-end testing strategy and test process. Candidates need to have relevant testing exposure and experience in Digital Banking applications e.g. Internet and Mobile Banking applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to test leads and test analysts.
• Lead and drive a team of test engineers to design/develop and execute manual and automated test cases to verify the functional and non-functional requirements of the system
• Define/Build configurable/parameterised test frameworks
• Design various tests including functional (developer integration test, systems integration test), performance, operator acceptance and infra validation,
• Design and execute effective test strategies, define and track test metrics to drive quality improvements
• End to end view of testing across digital banking applications

Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years experience

• Digital Banking Domain Expertise

• 5 or more years’ experience in Testing and Quality improvement initiatives

• Solid foundation in retail banking to be able to understand service interdependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems

• Relevant Degree in engineering/Computer Science

• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

• Effective team leadership qualities and people skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
