Job description
We are working with a leading MNC firm in Hong Kong. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a senior End User Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the end user lead, you are responsible for planning, managing and improving digital workplace services where you will lead a team in transforming IT infrastructure and service management.
You will be responsible in managing the development, implementation and operations of digital workplace services and end user computing environment.
As the lead, you will also be working closely with senior management to propose project initiatives and formulate business case to justify digital workplace and IT end user services.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 15 years of experience in leading IT service desk and end user computing services
MUST HAVE:
Experience in digital workplace technology, transformation, and adoption
Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Experience in leading a team
