Xuemin holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from NUS, laying a strong foundation for her career in tech. Over the past 5+ years, she has gained hands-on experience across diverse domains including e-commerce, data, fintech, web3, and AI, working with companies like Shopee and ADDX.

Now, she is excited to step into a new chapter as a recruiter, where she can blend her tech background with a passion for connecting people to meaningful opportunities.

Outside of work, you’ll find her practicing yoga, ice skating, or monitoring the stock market. She is a firm believer that life is a journey meant to be fully embraced—curious, positive, and always ready to learn.
