With almost 30 years of professional experience under her belt, Sharon is a specialised executive search consultant who has amassed solid years of her recruitment career focusing on experienced executive hires across global markets, corporate and investment banking, and private banking in Asia.

An economics graduate whose first career was as an investment banker with UBS AG (then SBC Warburg), prior to embarking on a career switch into the executive search industry and she has never looked back since.
