Moushmi Patel

​Moushmi joins us as a Director specialising in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector. She graduated with a Biomedical Science Degree from Kingston University, where she spent her early career as a microbiologist before transitioning into recruitment where she supported major pharmaceutical and medical device MNCs to support them in their hiring for over 6 years in Europe.

Moushmi has over 10 years of experience in the Singapore market holding roles across different industries such as oil and gas, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She has partnered with clients and successfully sourced top-tier candidates for critical roles across highly complex and diverse regions, such as Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Oceania, and India amongst others. Moushmi also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role with an FMCG firm, she was involved in interview training, psychometric testing, DE&I initiatives, and brand-building exercises.

Moushmi believes in an honest, transparent, and consultative approach to both her clients and candidates, encompassing deep knowledge of the market and local regional experience that can bring a successful partnership.

Outside of work, Moushmi leads an active lifestyle, playing sports, strength training and practising yoga. She loves to explore new foods and enjoys cooking. She travels extensively with her family and loves to explore new countries.
