Job description
Our client is a reputable crypto financial services firm with offices in Vancouver, Hong Kong and other Asian places.
With the aggressive expanding plan, they now are looking for an independent IT professional to join their Singapore office to support IT operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily maintenance on system, data, e-mail, internet to ensure a smooth IT environment
Maintain Customer Satisfaction level and site inventory list for all IT assets of hardware and software (HK), with a strong engagement with other regions
Handle daily IT support both in Wintel and MAC
Network support, monitor and solve on-site network issues
Maintain Customer Satisfaction level and site inventory list for all IT assets of hardware and software (HK), with a strong engagement with other regions
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of IT technical support experience with Financial Services or Banking firms
Knowledge in ITIL tools preferred with project management experience
MCSE, CCNA, CLP is advantage
Must be fluent in English and Chinese
