Head of IT Infrastructure (Banking)

Job description

​We are working with a leading global bank in Asia. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for a Head of IT Infrastructure to join the Singapore team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Head of Infrastructure, you are responsible for driving and leading the technology services team in the bank

You are responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructure including e.g. Network, Server, Storage, Operating software services, and service monitoring.

As the head of infrastructure, you will plan and manage the annual IT budget, inventory of all IT equipment and ensuring Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for IT team,

You are also responsible for planning and reviewing all IT Infrastructure, telephone system, security systems and also level 2 technical support when required

You would also be working closely with senior leaders to resource plan, provide support and challenge to business segments, facilitating sessions where appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree

2. 10 - 15 years of relevant experience

3. MUST HAVE:

1. Experienced in deploy applications (using deployment tool, making report, build machines

2. Experienced in IT Infrastructure Management

3. Strong knowledge in Network, Security, Server Infrastructure, Storage systems, Virtualisation, Cloud Technologies and Data Center Operation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
