Job description
We are working with a leading firm and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search IT service management.
You will be working closely with all the business unit IT representatives, and regional group functions to drive mandates, provide guidance , and ensuring smooth delivery for implementation and delivery of IT service management.
You will also be liaising closely with senior stakeholders and business users to ensure that the business goals is aligned to the IT strategic direction and plans.
In addition, you will also be managing various IT projects across multiple functions across the region.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 8 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
Experienced in working in Insurance Industry/ Financial services
Strong knowledge in IT Service Management, IT Governance, IT Security, and Project Management
Strong stakeholder management experience
