Job description

Our esteemed client is a multinational information technology and communications engineering leader in SEA. Currently looking for the Head of Global Service Quality which is an important role to deliver to the satisfaction of the client and customers.

Successful candidates must have:

  • At least 20 years in the ICT industry with proven delivery and quality assurance experience in a large services organization

  • Deep experience in managing large and complex ICT implementation projects

  • Intimate knowledge of delivery estimation models, market-relevant rate cards

  • Experience in coaching and recovering trouble projects

  • Good understanding of both business and delivery risks, especially in client work and delivery

  • Direct and orchestrate Delivery leaders on matters pertaining to quality. This is achieved through designing and implementing a set of Quality Governance processes that allow teams to collaborate and work together to ensure consistent and manageable standard of quality

  • Design and maintain a set of estimating models for the different types of projects undertaken, especially in system integration, application maintenance and infrastructure design, build and run
