Ong Soh Ching

​Soh Ching is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with an established track record in both headhunting and in-house recruitment.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Soh Ching became an analyst at UOB Asset Management, before embarking on a professional accounting career as an auditor with KPMG. 

She transitioned to KPMG Consulting as a HR consultant and subsequently joined a global executive search firm as a banking consultant. Soh Ching then took on the challenge of establishing an in-house recruitment function with an MNC bank,  before taking a career break to focus on her family. She kept in touch with the industry by running a part-time headhunting practice.

Having raised two children, Soh Ching is now an accomplished home dining chef who can whip up a wicked pandan chiffon. She is also a pundit on the subject of PSLE math.
