In her role as Director, Phoebe specializes in roles for the private equity, hedge funds, and asset management sectors across Asia. Prior to joining our team, Phoebe successfully placed candidates in buy-side roles for Alternatives throughout the APAC region, collaborating with both regional and global search firms.

With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Recruiter, Phoebe has honed her expertise in sourcing and hiring Investment Professionals across various levels. Her tenure in the industry has allowed her to cultivate extensive networks and foster strong relationships with clients and candidates across Asia and beyond.

Phoebe holds a post-graduate degree from the University of Bath and earned her Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Accountancy and Finance with Honours from the University of Warwick.
